Shipping policy

Standard retail shipping

For eligible retail honey orders of 1–11 bottles in the contiguous United States, including Washington, DC, standard shipping is $8.95 when the merchandise subtotal is below $50. Standard shipping is FREE at $50 or more after valid discounts and before shipping or applicable tax. These are total standard shipping charges, with no additional handling fee.

Bulk honey and case inquiries

Orders of 12 or more bottles are quoted individually. Request bulk pricing for 16 oz bottles, 24 oz bottles, or a mix. Qualifying bulk purchases may save up to 25%; the discount is confirmed in your quote. Freight is quoted separately, and retail free shipping does not apply to bulk quotes.

Special destinations and PO boxes

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses and other special destinations are outside the mainland retail shipping offer. Contact us for a shipping quote before ordering. Canadian shipping is not currently offered.

Small one- and two-bottle PO-box orders can use a suitable USPS service. Orders requiring a medium or large carton need a street address for automatic retail shipping; contact us for an individual PO-box quote.
